Position Summary
As an Insurance Agent at The Barclay Group, you will play a crucial role in helping clients identify and address their insurance needs. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique circumstances, and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, including commercial insurance, auto insurance, public entities insurance, professional liability, home insurance, and umbrella insurance.
- Sales: Actively seek out new business opportunities and effectively sell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Policy Administration: Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and industry standards.

- Proven track record in sales or client service
